Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days unless otherwise specified in the product description (example: printed-to-order items or pre-order items)

Shipping or processing interruptions, unexpected delays or other problems will be communicated with the customer via the email address provided upon purchase. Failure to respond to said email communication may result in cancellation of order and a refund will be provided. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship internationally, however, there may be certain limitations due to carrier availability and rates. Available shipping carriers will be displayed at checkout.
